Services, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in a written proposal before work starts. Changes to scope may require a revised quotation.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, hosting, software and platform subscriptions are separate unless the written proposal expressly includes them.

Performance

Search ranking, advertising results and lead volumes depend on market conditions and other factors. Any specific commitments are recorded in the agreed proposal.
